THE BRIEF
The world of consumers and production needs to dialogue locally and globally. Euroconsumers is the union of five national consumer organizations which today give a voice to over 1.5 million people to protect their rights and provide innovative information and personalized services. The request is to design a brand identity able to reflect a global future of aggregation and validation. A brand that is recognized and recognizable by governments and the media, in which the social dimension becomes dominant.
THE SOLUTION
The identity of a diverse group made up of structured, pre-existing and consolidated local associations arises from the construction of a shared and participatory value system. We made working groups and surveys to create a brand building process. The objectives have guided a service design project of local declination with a strongly qualified brand, with a design language in progress, for a future in motion.

A unique big group committed everywhere to improve the consumers’ lives helping in their everyday choices and offering them simple solutions to difficult problems. An Umbrella Brand to be aligned into local actions as qualified brand, to be used as a Group into coordinated actions of consumers’ legal protection.
Brand Language acts through specific guidelines, defined and recognizable linguistic codes. Simple signes, clear rules, a precise syntax for a language that is recognizable by Members, Associations and Stakeholders.

Euroconsumers works to create a future of better products and services by a constructive dialogue and a cooperation between buyers and producers. The distinctiveness of a Trophy enhances who, as a consumer, operates with shared ethics values.
